My response is yes, there is no reason to restrict the priveleges of guests.

If your trying to get good members in your forum, I would say no to posting. That way if someone has something to post, to a comment or link etc., Its an extra step, and makes them accountable. It makes more sense from a member, plus increases your member roster. Also from an administrators point of view, one can weed out the bad seeds, so to speak.
Also as far as open forums go, I say keep certain forums open to the public, but keep the goodies for the members. This will entice people to join your Forum.

Nobody's opinion is stupid Data. And that's what I want. I'm just seeing what our members think, and personally, I was thinking of giving them just a tad more then those two topics, but in retrospect, its seems that guests have enough to talk about already if they wanted to. So, to make a long story short, thanks data for voting, and your opinion is valued.
