As Ive already stated I'm quite new at map building, and with a little help from Unreal WiKi, I am learning to use the Unreal 2.0 editor. However, being the stubborn person I am, I am getting through the not so user friendly throws of the editor. I actually got a box of bots to run today.. I know this sounds like child's play to you Map Gods out there, but considering I am coming from the hardware side of IT, I think I'm doing pretty good. By chance is there a manual for the editor. This to me is not the easiest program to use, and not very user friendly. I am however going to keep plugging away at it. Also, what other software will I need? I have PSP, but Unreal Wiki said something about 3D studio. should I wait till I get the editor down before purchasing 3D studio? Regards Ron AKA: Datahead

Find the Community Resources sticky on BuF, and then, go to Quacky's Unreal Editor link. It helped me.
